8. Confidentiality
Each party must keep confidential information received from the other party confidential and use it only as necessary to perform its obligations under these Terms. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law or competent authority.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
- We warrant that we will provide the Service using reasonable skill and care and materially in accordance with its documentation.

10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
11. Suspension and termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
- We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or where continued access would violate applicable law.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will retain customer data for a limited period as described in our data retention policy and then delete or anonymise it.
12. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the dashboard, email, or the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its confidential information or intellectual property.
