Accessibility Statement
AesthetIQ Insight Ltd is committed to ensuring that its digital services are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.
1. Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as a minimum standard. Accessibility considerations are incorporated into our design system, component library, and QA processes.
2. Measures we’ve implemented
- Semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, and labelled form controls.
- Keyboard navigability and visible focus states.
- Colour palettes checked for contrast ratios (AA or higher).
- Support for screen-reader announcements on key interactions.
- Caption-friendly video and descriptive alternative text for imagery where used.
3. Areas we’re improving
We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our dashboards, particularly around complex data visualisations. If you encounter an issue or need information presented in an alternative format (e.g., large print, braille, plain text), please let us know.
4. Feedback
We welcome accessibility feedback. Email AesthetIQInsight@gmail.com with details of the page or feature you are using and the issue you are experiencing. We aim to respond within two UK business days.
5. Enforcement
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018. While we are not a public sector body, we adopt the same standards. If you are unhappy with our response to an accessibility complaint you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for advice.
