Refunds & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how AesthetIQ Insight Ltd (16769981) handles subscription cancellations, refunds, and applicable consumer rights.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard under Settings > Subscription or by emailing AesthetIQInsight@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless you ask for an immediate termination.
2. Cooling-off period
If you are a consumer (i.e., using the Service wholly or mainly for personal purposes), you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day you sign up. If you cancel within this period and have not used chargeable features, we will refund any subscription fees paid.
By accessing the full Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that we may deduct a pro-rata amount for the period of use before the cancellation takes effect.
3. Refund eligibility
We issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- You cancel within the 14-day consumer cooling-off period described above.
- We charge you in error (for example, duplicate billing) and you notify us within 60 days.
- We materially fail to provide the Service and do not remedy the issue within a reasonable time after you notify us.
Refunds are not usually offered where the Service was available, but you chose not to use it.
4. How refunds are processed
Eligible refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 10 UK business days. Depending on your banking provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear.
5. Downgrading to Starter or free access
If you downgrade from a paid plan to the Starter plan, the downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. The account will enter read-only mode until a new paid plan is activated, but you can still view previously stored information.
